ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment functions and guest rooms remain in pristine condition. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to requests, and uphold company standards to provide a superior guest experience.

Responsibilities include preventative inspections, equipment safety checks, and timely completion of work orders, while maintaining a clean, organized maintenance area and following ESA policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Read, write and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance to ensure guest rooms and common areas are in good repair.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and operate under company guidelines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs per work orders.
• Maintain organized work area and safeguard maintenance tools.
