Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician dedicated to keeping guest rooms and hotel premises in pristine condition. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and daily housekeeping-related tasks to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and associates.

Strong emphasis on safety procedures, timely work order completion, and coordination with vendors to maintain equipment and facilities according to ESA standards.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently and interact with guests, associates and outside vendors.
• Understand and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and company guidelines and standards.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and promotes a strong commitment to guest and associate experience.
• Performs preventive maintenance inspections and repairs per work orders.
• Responds to guest requests with diligent follow-through per guidelines.
• Maintains cleaning of premises, including buildings, grounds, walkways, and winter weather tasks where applicable.
• Ensures fire safety equipment is operational and inspections are up-to-date.
• Monitors and follows up with outside vendors as directed by management.
• Assists with cleaning and maintaining hotel areas as assigned.
