SRHM is seeking a maintenance supervisor for the hotel and surrounding grounds. You will coordinate all maintenance functions, lead emergency repairs, and promote a safe, clean environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily upkeep, coordinating external vendors, and contributing to aesthetic improvement projects. Strong supervisory skills and adherence to hotel policies are essential for success.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2-4 years related experience preferred in facilities/maintenance.
• Maintenance knowledge with safety training is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate all maintenance department functions for an efficiently run hotel.
• Monitor, schedule, and complete maintenance duties to keep the property clean, safe, and presentable.
• Lead emergency repairs and source solutions for equipment downtime.
• Develop and implement aesthetic improvement plans for interior and exterior areas.
