Job summary

SRHM is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Environmental Services to lead maintenance across hotel facilities. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise daily tasks, ensuring clean, safe, and inviting guest areas while managing contractor work and safety protocols.

The role emphasizes hands-on repairs when needed and collaboration with the General Manager to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 2–4 years related experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and operate maintenance manuals.
• Strong supervisory and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance department functions for efficient hotel operation.
• Monitor and schedule duties to keep facilities clean, safe, and attractive.
• Lead emergency repairs and coordinate with contractors as needed.
• Develop aesthetic improvement plans for interior and exterior areas.
• Supervise Environmental Services staff and assist as needed.
• Coordinate contracted services and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Conduct daily walk-arounds to verify work is completed correctly.
