Qualifications

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certifications as required by governing authorities (HVAC, Pool Operation, etc).
• Experience leading maintenance teams and managing preventive programs.
• Proficiency with basic hand-tools and power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise hourly Engineering staff and coordinate scheduling.
• Oversee payroll hours and submit to accounting.
• Drive energy conservation and manage the Preventative Maintenance program.
