You will respond to service calls within 30 minutes, diagnose defects, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with electricians, carpenters, painters, and night engineers while complying with codes.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel engineering experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all service calls within 30 minutes of call receipt.
• Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform corrective actions for guest-related or priority issues.
• Follow departmental procedures for repair, PM, alterations, and installations.
• Comply with local, state, and federal codes and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with electricians, carpenters, painters, and night engineer to complete work.
