Qualifications

• Hotel engineering experience required, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting and general building construction.
• State certification or licensure where required.
• Understand and efficiently maintain and operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and boiler systems.
• Read and understand blueprints, schematic drawings and technical parts breakdown.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls within a half hour of time call is received.
• Troubleshoot defects and record actions on the work order form.
• Perform repair, preventive maintenance, alteration and installation work per procedures.
• Comply with relevant governmental codes and requirements.
• Coordinate with other department personnel to complete service, replacement and installation work.
