Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls within 30 minutes of receipt.
• Troubleshoot defects and take corrective action for guest-related or priority issues.
• Perform repair, preventive maintenance, alteration and installation work per procedures.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal codes and requirements.
• Coordinate with electricians, carpenters, painters, and night engineers to complete work.
