Job summary

Staybridge Suites Charlotte Ballantyne, under Northwood Hospitality LLC, seeks a Maintenance Engineer to keep hotel facilities safe, clean, and fully functional. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems to ensure guest comfort and staff efficiency.

The role requires strong mechanical and technical skills, ability to work independently, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC, plumbing or electrical certifications preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance on hotel facilities and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other systems.
• Maintain safety, OSHA compliance, and accurate maintenance records.
• Assist in guest-focused maintenance to ensure a positive experience.
