Residence Inn Charlotte Northlake is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain hotel systems and equipment. You will work in a team or independently, following safety guidelines and prioritizing guest service.

The role involves performing basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpet and tile work, painting, roof repairs, exterior projects, and equipment repairs as needed. Flex scheduling may be required and coordination with management is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work well in a team or alone while following health and safety guidelines.
• Proactively identify and fix safety hazards and report damages to supervisors.
• Maintain responsiveness in busy, guest-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain hotel systems and equipment.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpet and tile maintenance.
• Complete painting, roof repairs, and exterior projects as needed.
• Repair pool and exercise room equipment when required.
• Participate in preventative maintenance programs.
• Prepare shift reports for management.
• Respond to weather-related or emergency maintenance needs.
