Flynn Hospitality is hiring an Engineer – Preventative Maintenance to join our team. If you’re hands‑on, reliable, and eager to grow your maintenance skills in a supportive environment, we want to meet you.

All applicants must have a valid driver license and successfully complete a drug screen and motor vehicle record check. As an Engineer – Preventative Maintenance, you will perform scheduled maintenance rounds, inspect and service HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, document

Willingness to follow preventative maintenance checklists and procedures.
Attention to detail, dependability, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled maintenance rounds across hotel property.
Inspect and service building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
Document work completed, log service records, and report potential issues.
Ensure all equipment meets safety, brand, and compliance standards.
Support guest satisfaction by maintaining a safe and functional environment.
Collaborate with Engineering Lead or Supervisor and support overall department needs.
