Flynn Hospitality is seeking an Engineer – Preventative Maintenance to join our team in El Paso, TX. The role focuses on scheduled maintenance, systems inspection, safety compliance, and documenting service records to ensure a safe guest environment.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and able to work independently while following checklists and procedures. A valid driver license and drug screen/MVR check are required.

Qualifications

• Basic background in general maintenance, building operations, or facilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Willingness to follow preventative maintenance checklists and procedures.
• Physical ability to lift 25+ lbs and move around the property.
• Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance rounds across hotel property.
• Inspect and service building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Document work completed, log service records, and report potential issues.
• Ensure all equipment meets safety, brand, and compliance standards.
• Support guest satisfaction by maintaining a safe and functional environment.
• Collaborate with Engineering Lead or Supervisor and support department needs.
