Flynn Hospitality is seeking an Engineer – Preventative Maintenance to join our team. You will perform scheduled maintenance rounds across hotel property and service building systems to keep guests comfortable and safe.

This hands-on role requires reliability, the ability to follow PM checklists, and a commitment to safety. Hospitality experience is a plus, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance background and familiarity with building systems.
• Must follow preventative maintenance checklists and procedures.
• Attention to detail, dependability, and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Physical ability to lift 25+ lbs and carry/tools across property.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance rounds across hotel property.
• Inspect and service HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Document work completed and log service records.
• Report potential issues and ensure equipment meets safety/brand standards.
• Support guest satisfaction by maintaining a safe, functional environment.
