Hotel Ivy Boston Common is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a part-time role in Boston, MA. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform routine tasks, and ensure regulatory safety standards are met across the hotel facilities.

The position requires onsite work, 24–32 hours per week with variable shifts (AM/PM/evening) including weekends/holidays. You will operate HVAC systems, boilers, and assist with repairs while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Formación

• Must be detail oriented and able to maintain a professional environment.
• On-site work at the Boston location.
• Hours 24–32 per week across AM/PM/evening; weekends/holidays may be required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain regulatory requirements and safety policies.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks and upkeep throughout the property.
• Operate and maintain HVAC systems and boilers as required.
• Assist engineers and mechanics with repairs and preventative maintenance.
