Job summary

Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area in Somerville, MA seeks a Maintenance Engineer to ensure proper functioning of building systems and guest comfort. You will perform routine repairs, inspections and coordinate with teams to minimize disruption.

Requirements include 2+ years in maintenance or engineering, strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, and a high school diploma. Flexible hours including weekends/holidays are required; company offers benefits and growth

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in building maintenance or engineering roles.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment efficiently.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.

Responsibilities
