Peachtree Group is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a Falls Church, VA hotel. You will perform routine preventive maintenance, inspect electrical and plumbing systems, and respond to guest requests to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly and systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, and fixtures.
• Inspect electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain the building exterior and curb appeal, including snow removal, lawn care, painting, and trash removal.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Operate heavy machinery and use hand and power tools for repairs and installations.
• Communicate maintenance needs and updates with other hotel departments and management.
