Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to provide technical and maintenance services throughout the hotel to keep the equipment and systems in excellent condition.

The role involves performing preventive maintenance, inspecting electrical systems, plumbing and HVAC, servicing the pool, and maintaining both interior and exterior areas to ensure guest satisfaction and safe, efficient hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining hotel facilities and building systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and respond to maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment runs smoothly.
• Inspect and repair building systems, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Replace components, fixtures and lighting as needed.
• Service hotel pool and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Document work orders and communicate with other departments.
