Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking an Engineer to perform preventive and repair maintenance to keep our hotel facilities in top condition. You will inspect rooms, install and repair electrical fixtures, fix furniture and plumbing, and help maintain safety records and compliance with local codes.

The role may require flexible shifts to meet guest needs. As part of the engineering team, you will support guest satisfaction scores by maintaining reliable systems and responding quickly to maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Trade school coursework in a related field preferred.
• Previous engineer/maintenance experience or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair maintenance to meet established quality and sustainability standards.
• Install/repair electrical fixtures, switches, receptacles, and lighting.
• Repair furniture, plumbing, and HVAC components; maintain records.
• Trace and repair water lines and troubleshoot kitchen equipment.
• Ensure safety, compliance with codes, and guest satisfaction.
