Qualifications

• Trade or technical training in maintenance preferred.
• Experience in a commercial facility or hospitality maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to follow guidelines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and document completion in the work order system.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks on hotel systems.
• Conduct full property walks at start and end of shift.
• Keep maintenance areas clean and organized, and report issues promptly.
