Job summary

Commonwealth Hotels is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Supervisor/Engineer Supervisor for our Courtyard by Marriott Memphis East Bill Morris Parkway. The role involves overseeing maintenance and repairs of hotel systems to ensure guest satisfaction and property standards.

Ideal candidates have solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, plus experience developing preventive maintenance schedules and coordinating with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine maintenance and emergency repairs for hotel equipment and infrastructure (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, elevators).
• Perform or supervise preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
