Job summary

MCR is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional for Homewood Suites Avondale. The role focuses on guest service, cleanliness, and safety while performing routine repairs and preventive maintenance across the property.

You will follow established guidelines, work a varied schedule that may include weekends, and contribute to a welcoming, well-maintained hotel environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree preferred.
• At least 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Repair requests: respond to guest repair requests and document completion.
• Preventative maintenance: keep PMs up to date and scheduled.
• Safety: follow safety measures and report emergencies.
• Full property walks: conduct at shift start & end; note needs.
• Maintenance area upkeep: keep areas clean and organized.
