Providence Hospitality Partners is seeking a Maintenance Staff member to ensure guest rooms and building facilities are well maintained. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, equipment checks, and prompt reporting of issues to the Maintenance Manager.

The role requires knowledge of electromechanical systems, carpentry and plumbing, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and guest readiness. Proficiency with computer systems is needed, and the work environment includes hotel settings

Qualificações

• Knowledge of electromechanical systems, lighting, carpentry and plumbing.
• Ability to follow supervisor’s directions and remember details.
• Computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform guestrooms preventative maintenance and repairs as directed.
• Follow maintenance program and emergency repair procedures to minimize downtime.
• Inspect and report equipment needing repair or replacement to supervisor.
