Loews Coronado Bay Resort is seeking a skilled Engineer II to perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance across our property. You’ll respond to maintenance requests, emergencies, and guest concerns while ensuring safety and quality.

You will inspect systems, read blueprints, and document work while supporting team workflow and event setups in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in maintenance or skilled trades in hospitality.
• Post-high school training or equivalent in maintenance/engineering.
• Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, electrical or related trades preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform skilled trade work in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergencies promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections and address potential issues.
• Operate tools and hazardous materials safely per MSDS guidelines.
• Maintain documentation and maintenance records for all work performed.
• Assist with dispatch and support team workflow as needed.
• Communicate job status clearly to supervisors.
• Support event setup and minor maintenance as required.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with hotel safety policies.
