Qualifications

• Prior building maintenance experience or relevant technical training.
• Must possess painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical, minor carpentry, lighting and computer skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all mechanical items in guest rooms and public areas.
• Assist engineers and mechanics with repairs.
• Complete daily work orders and tasks in Synergy.
• Understand OSHA rules and hotel safety procedures.
• Assist hotel guests with maintenance issues in a courteous manner.
