Training on EMS/PMS and fire life safety will be provided within the first 90 days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years maintenance experience in building/hotel operations.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals.
• Learn EMS, PMS and fire/life safety programs within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisors for maintenance and repairs of building systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance for guest rooms and public areas.
• Troubleshoot operational problems with equipment and building trades.
• Respond courteously and promptly to guest and staff needs.
