Loews Nashville Hotel seeks a skilled Engineer I to perform hands-on maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. You’ll respond to requests, ensure safety, and uphold guest satisfaction in a luxury setting.

You’ll leverage a strong mechanical background, mentor teammates, and promote safe, efficient operations while maintaining documentation and adhering to hotel standards. A fast-paced environment and flexible scheduling are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background with proficiency in multiple trades.
• Ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
• Experience mentoring team members and promoting safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled trade work in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other maintenance disciplines.
• Respond to maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations.
• Monitor and maintain hotel systems and equipment for optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct routine inspections and address potential maintenance issues.
• Operate tools and hazardous materials safely following MSDS guidelines.
• Maintain documentation and records for all work performed.
