Job summary

Beverly Hills Marriott is seeking an experienced maintenance engineer to join our hotel services team in Beverly Hills. The role focuses on timely responses to maintenance requests, diagnostics, and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and boiler systems to ensure guest comfort and safety.

You will read blueprints, collaborate with electricians and engineers, and uphold all codes while maintaining high standards of service in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with hotel maintenance and repair work.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls within 30 minutes of receipt.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, alterations and new installations per procedures.
• Comply with local, state and federal codes and requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth project execution.
