Job summary

Parks Hospitality Group is seeking an Engineer for Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh Cary and Doubletree Raleigh Cary. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform a wide range of maintenance tasks to keep guest rooms and facilities running smoothly.

Work closely with the Chief Engineer, oversee preventive maintenance, document work orders, and mentor junior staff. This on-site role offers benefits and growth within a respected hospitality group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in maintenance, preferably hotel environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance including painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and schedules.
• Assist with inventory and safety compliance.
