Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and safely operate central HVAC equipment and mechanical systems.
• Repair and maintain kitchen, laundry, boiler, refrigeration and distribution systems.
• Trouble-shoot electrical and pneumatic problems and repair as needed.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on an ongoing basis.
