Qualifications

• Operate basic maintenance tools and equipment.
• Possess licenses or permits as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repair and maintenance of facilities, guest rooms and public spaces.
• Maintain building repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting as needed.
• Prioritize work orders to minimize guest inconvenience.
• Inspect machinery/equipment for safety/operational standards.
• Move furniture, equipment, and guest luggage as required.
• Manage inventory of tools and supplies.
• Provide manpower assistance and back-up to the hotel.
• Procure materials and drive to pick up supplies; manage inventory replacement.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Handle chemicals per safety regulations.
