Job summary

EOS Hospitality in Florida is seeking an Engineer responsible for operation, maintenance, service and repair of hotel equipment. You will complete maintenance requests from all departments and assist in cosmetic upkeep and renovations according to hotel standards.

You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and controls, manage inventory, and document daily activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of general repair experience preferred, preferably in hospitality.
• Ability to interpret manuals, blueprints, and manufacturer literature.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to property health, safety, and guest comfort guidelines.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and cosmetic systems.
• Respond to guest repair requests and communicate resolutions with little supervision.
• Maintain inventory and requisition parts as needed.
• Document daily activities and pass information to other shifts.
