The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to detail, and can handle multiple tasks with professional guest service and after-hours support when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance or facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
• Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance per schedules and brand standards.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hotel equipment and spaces.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, and mechanics.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly with professional service.
• Maintain logs, work orders, and PM records accurately.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and hotel standards.
