Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Hotel Engineer / Maintenance Engineer to join our hotel operations team in Missouri. This hands-on role maintains the property's systems, equipment, and guest rooms to ensure a safe and exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting, working with their hands, and upholding high standards of safety, appearance, and functionality throughout the hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related trade.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to maintenance requests across the hotel.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hotel equipment, guest rooms, and public spaces.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general repairs.
• Maintain maintenance logs and work orders with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs when needed.
• Adhere to OSHA guidelines and hotel safety standards.
