Job summary

PAH Management in Charlotte, NC, seeks an Engineer to manage day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems. The role is hands-on, keeping the property safe, compliant, and running smoothly behind the scenes.

You will communicate clearly with guests and team members and make independent decisions under pressure. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, site inspections, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of carpentry, painting, electrical work.
• Ability to work in a team and make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest service and uphold property standards.
• Maintain property, equipment, grounds, and assets in safe condition.
• Conduct site inspections and perform preventive maintenance.
• Repair and program the hotel's electronic lock system.
• Ensure compliance with laws, codes, and safety standards.
• Assist with vendor contracts and special projects; support Director of Engineering.
