Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Complete maintenance work orders and repairs to maintain quality standards.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance assignments, including guest room care.
• Inspect electrical systems and perform minor repairs or replacements.
• Assist with routine and major repairs involving hotel equipment and systems.
• Service hotel HVAC, boilers, pool equipment, plumbing, and kitchen equipment as needed.
• Complete maintenance forms and logs with accurate information.
• Maintain exterior appearance through painting, gardening, lawn care, and snow removal as applicable.
• Repair and refurbish guest room furniture and fixtures as required.
• Communicate maintenance progress to leadership and guests professionally.
• Collaborate with coworkers and other departments when needed.
• Operate heavy machinery safely in varying temperatures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
