Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance of building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Repairs electrical components, switches, fixtures, and HVAC equipment.
• Maintains plumbing fixtures, piping, and drainage systems.
• Repairs woodwork, doors, walls, and flooring as needed.
• Performs routine maintenance on pumps, water heaters, and related equipment.
• Keeps logs and prepares reports as required by management.
