Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair techniques.
• Ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Technical certifications or licenses are a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance per schedules and brand standards.
• Inspect and repair hotel equipment, rooms, and public areas.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall and mechanical repairs.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests professionally and promptly.
• Maintain logs and records of work orders and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized services as needed.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and hotel safety protocols.
• Assist with exterior maintenance tasks when required.
