Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Hotel Engineer to join our operations team at our Missouri property. This hands-on role maintains the hotel’s physical property, equipment, and guest rooms to ensure safety, comfort, and exceptional guest experiences.

The candidate should enjoy diagnosing problems, be hands-on, and take pride in upholding high safety and quality standards throughout the hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance or related trade preferred.
• Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance according to hotel schedules and brand standards.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hotel equipment, guest rooms, and public areas.
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, and mechanical repairs.
• Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests with professional guest service.
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of guest rooms, hallways, meeting spaces, exterior areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs or services.
