Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Vail is seeking an experienced Engineer 1 for a full-time, year-round, on-site position. You will service hotel equipment across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interior, and safety systems and lead engineering workflow to ensure guest satisfaction.

Applicants should have 4+ years of plant maintenance experience, knowledge of chillers and boilers, strong communication skills, and work authorization in the United States. A Spanish speaker is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years' experience in plant maintenance and operation, including chillers, boilers, hot water and steam.
• Technical knowledge of general building maintenance including HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical; knowledge of laundry and kitchen equipment preferred.
• Good communication skills; fluency in English required; work authorization in United States; Spanish ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain the building and equipment as required by operation or projects.
• Respond to inquiries and problems in a courteous, efficient manner to achieve guest satisfaction; plan, organize and direct engineering workflow.
