Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is seeking an experienced facilities engineer to maintain and repair building systems across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will diagnose, service and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and related equipment with a proactive mindset.

This role requires 5+ years in building maintenance or engineering, hospitality experience preferred, and a flexible schedule; you'll read blueprints, lead preventive tasks,

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience in building maintenance or engineering, preferably in hospitality or a similar environment.
• Strong multi-trade technical expertise across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment and system failures independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs.
• Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, boilers, and mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics to complete repairs and installations.
• Respond to guest and operational service requests in a timely, professional manner with high-quality resolutions.
• Lead preventive maintenance tasks and ensure proper documentation and logs.
