Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities ensuring safety and functionality across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and team work orders.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify and address needs.
• Document maintenance activities and flag issues for follow-up.
