Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Engineer to maintain hotel facilities and ensure the safety and functionality of guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas. You will respond to service requests and perform diverse maintenance tasks to keep the property in top condition.

In this role, you’ll conduct preventive inspections, document activities, and help deliver the light and warmth of hospitality that Hilton stands for.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities: Ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs.
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag issues for follow-up.
