Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance or facilities management.

• Ability to perform diverse maintenance tasks across trades.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities and ensure safety across guest rooms, public spaces and back‑of‑house areas.
• Respond to service requests and guest calls promptly; handle work orders.
• Perform repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry as needed.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and address issues identified.
• Document maintenance work, inspections, and follow up on issues.
