Parks Hospitality Group is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Engineer for Tru by Hilton Raleigh-Durham Airport in Morrisville, NC. You will perform routine maintenance, preventive repairs, and assist with guest-maintenance requests to ensure a smooth-running hotel operation.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of maintenance or construction-related experience.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance principles and practices.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform maintenance tasks (lifting at least 25 pounds, standing, bending).

At Parks Hospitality Group , we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Engineer to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be a vital part of keeping our property in peak condition—working side-by-side with our Chief Engineer to tackle routine maintenance, master preventive care, and handle basic repairs across all of our key facility systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing repairs, electrical work, and HVAC system maintenance.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting at least 25 pounds, standing for extended periods, and bending/kneeling.
