Tru by Hilton Raleigh-Durham Airport in Morrisville, NC is hiring a Hotel Maintenance Engineer to help keep our property running smoothly. You’ll assist with routine maintenance, perform preventive repairs, and handle basic repairs across building systems.

Working closely with the Chief Engineer, you’ll troubleshoot equipment like refrigerators and HVAC, respond to guest maintenance requests, maintain inventory, and follow safety guidelines while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of maintenance or construction-related experience.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance principles.

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing repairs, electrical work, and HVAC system maintenance.
• Perform maintenance and preventive repairs on building systems and equipment throughout the property.

At Parks Hospitality Group , we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Engineer to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be a vital part of keeping our property in peak condition—working side-by-side with our Chief Engineer to tackle routine maintenance, master preventive care, and handle basic repairs across all of our key facility systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing repairs, electrical work, and HVAC system maintenance.

What You’ll Need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of previous experience in a maintenance or construction-related field.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance principles and practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with both guests and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and develop maintenance skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting at least 25 pounds, standing for extended periods, and bending/kneeling.
