Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Virginia Beach is seeking an Engineering team member to perform maintenance and ensure hotel quality standards are met. You will handle preventative work, routine repairs, and guest service with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English and work with guests.
• Experience with drywall repair or willingness to learn.
• Familiar with HVAC systems.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and use basic tools.

Responsabilités

• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders.
• Perform scheduled room care maintenance and routine tasks.
• Check electrical systems and perform minor repairs.
• Repair or replace hotel equipment including HVAC, kitchen, laundry and plumbing.
• Service the hotel's pool, adjust chemicals and maintain logs.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal (snow removal, lawn care, painting).
• Refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms as needed.
• Respond courteously to guest questions, complaints, and requests.
• Operate heavy machinery as required.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available on schedule.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
