Marquee Hospitality LLC. in Woodbridge, VA seeks a detail-oriented Hotel Engineer to maintain our property and ensure guest satisfaction. As the sole maintenance employee, you will work with management to uphold brand standards and keep facilities safe and functional.

You will prioritize tasks, manage preventative maintenance, handle bids, and supervise contractor work when needed. A strong work ethic, independence, and good communication with team members are essential.

Qualifications

• Passionate and knowledgeable about building maintenance.
• Independent worker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule; weekend and holiday availability required.
• Two years of relevant maintenance experience or trade training preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent desired.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with management to deliver guest satisfaction through maintenance tasks.
• Implement preventative maintenance per brand standards.
• Review, organize, manage, and prioritize maintenance requests to maximize guest satisfaction and manage costs.
• Estimate, plan for, and manage warranty programs and expenditures for budgeting.
• Solicit bids and oversee contractors to ensure work is completed cost-effectively and timely.
• Maintain exterior areas including building exterior and parking lot and related upkeep.
• Complete maintenance logs and enforce safety procedures per brand standards.
