Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for the Renaissance Indianapolis North property. This role focuses on maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and performing repairs to keep the resort running smoothly.

You will work 2:30pm to 11pm, Tuesday through Saturday, with opportunities to grow within a world‑class property and team. A sign-on bonus is offered to new hires, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Performs general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, and HVAC components.
• Makes repairs on plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Makes repairs to woodwork, walls, doors, windows, and carpeting.
• Performs general mechanical maintenance on pumps, heaters, and related equipment.
• Keeps logs and prepares reports as required by policy.
