Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Renaissance Indianapolis North is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to maintain building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment across a 266-room property. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and guest comfort in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will perform preventive maintenance, document work orders, and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

Experience in hotel or resort maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry basics.
Strong attention to detail and guest-focused service.
Ability to work evenings/weekends.
Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Performs general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Performs general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring and air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures and motors.
Makes repairs on plumbing fixtures, piping, drains and sanitary systems.
Makes repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and window, carpeting, etc.
Performs general mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment.
Keeps records as required by company policy and procedures; maintains logs and submits reports timely.
