Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for the Renaissance Indianapolis North, a property featuring 266 guest rooms and 12,400 sq ft of event space. The role focuses on maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and performing repairs to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include electrical and plumbing upkeep, carpentry, painting, and keeping accurate logs and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, and HVAC components.
• Repairs to woodwork, doors, windows, and carpeting; maintain preventive maintenance program.
• Keep records and logs; prepare reports for supervisors.
